Cradled by nature, nourished by music and sunlight, we make our own movement maps that lead us back into balance. Finding and healing ourselves in the wild embrace of the dance, we gather resources and inspiration to share and to treasure in the time ahead. This retreat is small enough to make lasting friendships, and spacious enough for rest, ceremony, solo reflection, and uplifting time together.
The Retreat is open to everybody, no prerequisites required.
It counts as a 5 day waves retreat for the Teacher Training admission.
Venue
La Luna nel Pozzo, Contrada Foragno, Ostuni (BR)
A very active and well-known theater center in Puglia, a farmhouse surrounded by a huge estate with a rich and surprising vegetation.
Ostuni can be easily reached from the airports of Bari or Brindisi.
A shuttle service is available from Ostuni railways station to the venue and back with € 5 each way
Schedule
From 6pm on the starting day to 3pm on the departure day.
It is not possible to arrive in the previous days or to stop in the days following the end of the retreat.

If you rather stay privately or in a single room there is a B&B at walking distance (to be booked well in advance).
Outside accomodation € 600 booking before April the 15th € 650 later
€ 7,50 association registration valid till 2025 august 31st
