5R Summer retreat with Alex Mackay - Ostuni (Apulia), July 8/15 2023
We love to get together in the summer for the residential in Ostuni, with Alex, in Puglia close to the sea.
This is the tenth edition!!!
An appointment that fills our lives with beauty and nourishment like a fuel we stock up on every summer...
Dancing day after day in a beautiful place allows the whole system to relax and listen to the deep self.
Exploring Waves Maps for 7 days is a catalyst for creativity, healing and change - a summer delight - we dance on a wooden platform outdoors in the shade, cooled by the summer breeze. Surrounded by olive trees, together with dragonflies, an energy field full of lovingness is created in which we allow ourselves to go deep into our dances and can then have fun in company, the group is intimate, nature majestic.. We can relax and find balance and spontaneous creativity.
We dance in the morning and at sunset or after dinner, leaving the afternoon for rest or the beach.
One session is dedicated to the ritual in the stone labyrinth.
Venue
La Luna nel Pozzo, Contrada Foragno, Ostuni (BR)
La Luna nel Pozzo is a very active and well-known theater center in Puglia, a farmhouse surrounded by a huge estate with a rich and surprising vegetation.
A stage, an amphitheater, a stone labyrinth, an open-air bar and restaurant totally surrounded by greenery allow us to dance and spend the whole day together in contact with nature.
It can be easily reached from the airports of Bari or Brindisi and from the Ostuni train station with a shuttle service to be agreed upon when registering.
The rooms are spacious shared in 2, 3 or 4 people. We only designate one or two rooms for single occupancy.
If you rather stay privately or in a single room there is a B&B at walking distance (to be booked well in advance).
The food is mainly vegetarian with attention to food intolerances and allergies to be communicated in advance.
Schedule
From 6pm on the starting day to 3pm on the departure day.
It is not possible to arrive in the previous days or to stop in the days following the end of the retreat.
